Introduction

The CUHK e-Certification System allows graduates from 2022-23 and onwards to securely share an authentic electronic copy of their official certificate (e-Certificate) with third parties, such as education institutions and potential employers. Graduates will be able to log into CUSIS and generate a unique password-protected link that can be sent directly to the third-party recipient of their choice. The recipient can then access the link with the system-generated password to view the graduate's e-Certificate directly from the official CUHK system.

By providing graduates with the flexibility to instantly share their verified credentials remotely with third parties, the e-Certification System will bring benefits to both graduates and their intended recipients of the certificates. It also helps eliminate fraudulent certificates and simplifies, hence expedites the process of credential verification for institutions, employers and other third parties of the choice of graduates.
